L'Occitane Essential Oils Shampoo and Conditioner - Review

I went and bought the InStyle magazine a few weeks ago (I know, this review should have been up today two weeks earlier) for no real reason other than to test out L'Occitane hair products before I invested in any.

I won't lie to any of you, I've been dying my hair for three years and I've bleached it twice so it has sustained a lot of damage so it only makes sense that I'm forever purchasing new products that promise 100% restoration and of course, only a handful off them have been worth the price paid but with L'Occitane, the story is different. Because they came with the magazine, I didn't actually buy them from the company, I can only say that they were well worth the price of the magazine and more. These sample bottles have been used three times now and they are both still more than half full. My hair length is just past my shoulder so for these to last for more than one wash is amazing alone. Due to their lasting power, it's already one of my favourite hair products but there are more perks to it.

As I was saying, my hair is very dry at the ends and damaged so it splits very easily but for the past two weeks, after using L'Occitane for every other wash, it has been shiny and silky smooth, easy to brush without pulling and hasn't been breaking up. This formula really does do as it says on the tin, well, bottle. Along with this, the smell is so refreshing, not exactly fruity, kind of tea tree.

I would recommend this shampoo and conditioner for your hair, especially if it has been damaged and split and dry. If you've tried them then tell me what you think on Twitter!
