The third page I filled in (according to my memory) is the page titled "Stand Here (wipe your feet, jump up and down.)" Now, I didn't just plainly want to step in a muddy puddle then stop on my journal so instead, i waited until I got home and grabbed a pair of my old Vans and painted the bottoms before pushing them down on the pages (the patches where the paint didn't touch the paper is because they were that old that there were holes in the soles) then I just drew little footprints in marker pen over the painted prints once they were dry.
The page after this is has instructions telling you to "pour, spill, drip, spit, fling your coffee here" so that's basically what i did then i realised that it was seeping through to the next page where the painted footprints are so I stuck a lined piece of paper from one of my notebooks over it and I thought it looked kind of nice, I'm one of those people that likes to thicken up my journal, After spitting, dribbling and flicking, I covered the bottom of my coffee mug with coffee and printed the ring all over the pages before doodling on a Starbucks sign.
My final page for this post is the "poke holes in this page using a pencil" but just before I started this page, I had been watching a film with police officers and stuff (the title of the film slips my mind) so, I drew a shooting practice range target and poked holes in the page, doodling "BANG" In bubble writing on the other page because I don't really like leaving the pages plain.
