Wreck This Journey #1

I'm back with a new category, this time, it's something a little different and inspired by Youtubers. It's called my "Wreck This Journey." Last year, just before Christmas, I managed to get my hands on a Wreck This Journal by Keri Smith and I must say, it is without a doubt one of the best items I've bought for myself in a while. It keeps me busy for hours on end and every page has a different activity so there's no risk of getting bored doing the same thing repeatedly.

I'll start with the front cover, I decorated this with wrapping paper that I had  left over from presents just to make it look pretty and personal. I also sewed on a sparkly pink ribbon to the side so I could tie it shut when it gets too thick to the point it won't shut, which it will get to eventually.

The next page is the instructions page that reads a warning stating that the book will get dirty (this is true) and you may get covered in paint and other foreign substances etc. It's basically just telling you that whilst following the instructions within the book, you'll get messy. The only reason i decorated this page is because i got bored in my Textiles class and figured i'd get started on the journal.

The final page i'll show you  today is the number page. I figured that i'd get my friends involved in this one so I text everyone in my phone book and asked people in my classes to give me a number which is how I managed to get this many numbers on this page and i'm still going in case any of you guys want to comment a number below. I also ticked off items on the "Ingredients" list that I already have, as you can see, I still need to get quite a few more.

I'll try and do a Wednesday Wreck This Journey post each week to create some sort of consistency with my blog and show three pages on each post, also, feel free to share your Wreck This Journals with me, I love seeing other people's interpretation of the instructions given.
